We helped the company that took outsourced IVR services to the next level, Contact Solutions, expand their marketing exposure. Our understanding of call/contact center technology was invaluable as we helped the firm develop its brand identity, marketing programs, and competitive positioning.
DSM has developed world-class sales and marketing plans for two of the top computer manufacturers of all time – Apple and Compaq. We understand the entire supply chain throughout the channel and have helped growing and successful product resellers develop well-rounded programs to grow their product and service line offerings. In fact, Ingram Micro tapped us to offer this assistance to their customer base as part of the Government-Education Alliance.
